Introduction

If you have decided to integrate your Ongoing WMS with a transport system, the next step is to add the integration in your Ongoing WMS. We show you how to do this in this guide.

Preparations

You can create this by going to the Preferences pane in Cargonizer.

Please ask Consignor to supply these to you.

shipcloud

The following data is required to set up an integration with shipcloud:

The API key can be generated in the shipcloud backoffice.

Unifaun Online

Your account at Unifaun needs to support "XML-Posting with mandatory developer-id". You can check this by going to Help ⇒ Session in Unifaun and checking that you have access to "XML-Posting with mandatory developer-id".

When that has been verified, create a user for Ongoing. The following data is required to set up an integration with Unifaun Online:

  1. Username
  2. Password

Getting colli and tracking numbers from Unifaun Online

If you have set up an integration with Unifaun Online, you may want your Ongoing WMS to read the colli and tracking numbers from Unifaun Online and store them in Ongoing. This must be set up as a separate integration called Get colli numbers from Unifaun Online.

The data required for the colli number integration is the same as for the integration with Unifaun Online, namely:

  1. Username
  2. Password

Unifaun Web-TA

The following data is required to set up an integration with Unifaun Web-TA:

  1. Username
  2. Password
  3. URL
  4. Group name
Please ask Unifaun to supply these to you.

Webshipper

The following data is required to set up an integration with Webshipper:

  1. URL
  2. API key

The URL should be of the form https://<your company name>.api.webshipper.io.

To generate an API key:

  1. In Webshipper, go to Settings ⇒ Access and tokens.
  2. Click on Create API token.

Adding an integration

After you have gathered all information which is required for your transport system, go to Settings ⇒ Other ⇒ Integrations in Ongoing.

Select the type of system you want to integrate with, and fill in the necessary information. For instance, when integrating with shipcloud, the only required field is the API key:

When you are done, you can view all your integrations in the list at the bottom of the page:

Next step

When you have added the integration, the next step is to set up all transporters that you intend to use.
