Get warehouse events from Ongoing WMS

You can create warehouse orders and events on these that are connected to information about the shipments from the transporters in Addimotion. In this way both the customer and the customer service can get a complete overview over what has happend to the order from its creation to when it is delivered.

Default setup

Orders and their related events are scheduled to be reported to Addimotion when an order is updated in Ongoing WMS. Depending on the order status in Ongoing WMS different events in Addimotion can be triggered.

Preparations

To set up the integration between Ongoing WMS and Addimotion the following preperations needs to be considered.

• Key: Username for the API that is provided by Addimotion.
• Password: Password for the API that is provided by Addimotion.
• Created event code: Addimotion code for event related to when order status in Ongoing WMS is between 0-300.
• Allocated event code: Addimotion code for event related to when order status in Ongoing WMS is between 301-399.
• Picked event code: Addimotion code for event related to when order status in Ongoing WMS is between 400-449.
• Sent event code: Addimotion code for event related to when order status in Ongoing WMS is 450 and above.
• Dimension Number: Addimotion number for the brand that should be mapped to.
• Dimension Key: Addimotion key for the brand that should be mapped to.
