Integration between Ongoing WMS and DSV

DSV, previously also known as DB Schenker, is a shipping and freight company. Ongoing WMS has added DSV to the already extensive set of shipping capabilities of the system, making it even easier for 3PL fulfillment providers or eCommerce companies to make use of Ongoing WMS to improve their warehousing.

The integration with DSV is for companies shipping goods with DSV from Sweden or Norway, to the rest of the world.

Shipping from Sweden

Please follow the instructions at Shipment-API - Request for new customer setup to generate required API keys.
Choose the alternative "Customer, to be shared to your system developer”.
Provide "Ongoing WMS" as System Developer - Company name, and "contact@ongoingwarehouse.com" as System Developer - E-mail address.
At the end of the process you will get an API key, a customer UNB number and company name. These will be used to setup the integration in Ongoing WMS.

Shipping from Norway

You will need a technical user from DSV's authorization service, named SIMS. Please register at this registration page to create the technical user.
At the end of the process you will get a couple of credentials:
- URL
- Client-ID
- Secret
- Scope
These, together with the customer number for DSV, will be used to setup the integration in Ongoing WMS.
Note: The Tenant ID is extracted from the URL as the TenantID-part of https://login.microsoftonline.com/{TenantID}/oauth2/v2.0/token.

Setting up integration with Ongoing WMS

Once you have collected the information from the above steps, follow this guide on how to set up an integration between Ongoing WMS and DSV. You will need to fill in the API key, customer UNB number, customer number and company name.

Price

€0.03 (0.3 SEK or NOK) per shipment

All parts of Ongoing WMS are generally included in the monthly fee. For example, this includes our integrations to delivery management software such as nShift, Logtrade or Ingrid. However, in the case of the integration to DSV, Ongoing takes an extended responsibility by integrating directly to a carrier and therefore we charge €0.03 per shipment.
