Ask for price

You can ask for the calculated freight price per order in Ongoing. The available services for the carriers that you have a transport contract set up for in Ongoing WMS will be shown.

Make transport bookings directly from Ongoing WMS

You can create a shipment in LetMeShip based on an order in Ongoing WMS. All information about the shipment (address and number of packages) can be entered into Ongoing WMS, and then transferred to LetMeShip at the click of a button.

Make shipment information visible in Ongoing

When the shipment in LetMeShip has been booked, Ongoing WMS will receive a response from LetMeShip. Depending on the transporter and your LetMeShip settings the response might contain the following information:

• AWB number
• Freight price
• Current shipping status
• Labels and documents:
  • Shipping labels
  • Manifests
  • Summary

Cancel a shipment

A shipment can be canceled in LetMeShip by pressing on the "cancel transport"-button in Ongoing.

Default setup

The order is sent to LetMeShip when the Send button is pressed in Ongoing.

The integration will wait 5 seconds for the labels to be ready. If the labels are not available within 5 seconds, the documents till be fetched later.

Shipment details will be fetched every 10 minutes from LetMeShip.

Preparations

Go to Connect in your LetMeShip account and generate an API ID and password.
