Integration between Ongoing WMS and Merit Aktiva

Get started

In order to setup the integration you will need to generate an API Id and API key in Merit Aktiva, which can be done by navigating to SettingsAPI settings and then clicking the Create button. These will then be used to setup the integration in Ongoing WMS.

  • Follow this guide and provide the API Id and API key that you have generated in the previous step when setting up the Merit Aktiva integration.

Features

When a sales offer is placed in Merit Aktiva the integration will automatically generate a corresponding order in Ongoing WMS so the warehouse workers can start to pick and pack the items on the order. When the order is picked in Ongoing WMS an invoice will automatically be created in Merit Aktiva.

Ongoing WMS continuously pulls information about the items from Merit Aktiva.

The integration works well together with the Ongoing workflow. It uses the Merit Aktiva REST API. Most functions run every 15 minutes, but some functions are based on user actions.

Note that the information in this document might differ from your integration if any special requests were made during the implementation of the integration.

Items

Once a day all articles from Merit Aktiva will be synced, creating corresponding articles in Ongoing WMS. Note that for the integration to function properly it is important that each item in Merit Aktiva has a unique SKU. Click the following button to see the field mapping:
