Integration between Ongoing WMS and Mimir

Features of the integration

With the integration, Mimir can do things like:

  • Track orders with more detail than only through the ecommerce platform.
  • Cancel an order, by checking the status, making sure the order isn't being picked (or already picked, or sent), and doing so in all necessary systems.
  • Change the shipping address of an order, with the same safeguards as above.
  • Check if a specific product is in stock. Useful for certain workflows.
