Integration between Ongoing WMS and plentyONE
plentyONE, previously known as plentymarkets, is a marketplace with a focus on omnichannel e-commerce. Ongoing has developed an integration with plentyONE. This integration makes it possible for businesses that use plentyONE to easily outsource their warehouse needs to a 3PL company which uses Ongoing WMS. The integration can also be used by businesses that run plentyONE and want to run their own warehouse using Ongoing WMS.
With Ongoing WMS, you'll be able to utilize features such as scanning (compatible with any device) to reduce picking errors, efficient picking routes, batch-picking, streamlined return processing, automatic label printing, warehouse maps, support for multiple warehouses, and comprehensive traceability. Moreover, Ongoing WMS is entirely web-based, allowing you to access your warehouse operations from any device, anywhere.

Article registry
Ongoing WMS pulls article registry updates from plentyONE. plentyONE contains the master data.
Sales orders
Ongoing WMS automatically reads sales orders from plentyONE. When orders are fulfilled, the WMS books the order in plentyONE and sends over all tracking numbers.
Reorders
Ongoing WMS automatically reads reorders ("purchase orders") from plentyONE. When a reorder has been received in the WMS, the WMS books the reorder in plentyONE.
Return orders
Ongoing WMS automatically reads return orders from plentyONE. When a return order has been received in the WMS, the WMS books the return order in plentyONE.
Stock balance
Stock balance is sent from Ongoing WMS to plentyONE.
