Integration between Ongoing WMS and Pyramid Business Studio by Sherpas

The integration with Ongoing WMS is developed using the REST API, which makes the integration well-prepared for a transition to Business Studio - Pyramid's SaaS solution.

Details

The integration allows for smooth creation of orders and purchases for both outbound and inbound deliveries within Ongoing. It also monitors activities on the Ongoing WMS platform in real-time. When an outbound or inbound delivery is completed, corresponding transactions are automatically generated in Pyramid. Additionally, the integration offer simplified batch management by enabling the saving of batch numbers directly on the transaction in Pyramid.

There is the option to control data synchronization, either automatically or manually. Orders that are fully delivered can be automatically placed in the invoice queue through a custom settings dialog.

The data mapping for orders and purchases follows a standard template that has been developed in collaboration with existing integration clients. Sherpas also offer customer-specific customizations/additions and are currently working on new features such as item sync, inventory management, and more for upcoming versions.
