Integration between Ongoing WMS and nShift Returns

With nShift Returns you can handle returns with ease within your warehouse! nShift Returns (formerly Returnado) is a Swedish return management system. nShift Returns tracks the return order at every step from customer to warehouse. The integration contributes to an easier return management in Ongoing WMS and a better control of the returned goods. Through nShift Returns, the returned goods will become a return order in Ongoing WMS.

Workflow

The integration fron nShift Returns to Ongoing works as follows:

• A customer creates a return order in nShift Returns and books a return freight option.
• A return order in Ongoing is created, with information about the advised return. This will contain info on articles and how many to return, and return cause. Note that it will also contain info on what delivery order the return order is connected to. This means that Ongoing automatically has connected the return to a delivery order.
• Information about the delivered return in the warehouse is fetched from Ongoing and updated in nShift Returns.
