Integration between Ongoing WMS and Returnflows
Returnflows is a returns management system that aims to turn returns into retained revenue for their customers. The system works equally well for logistic providers (3PL) and other companies running their own warehouse.
Returnflows have built and maintains the integration with Ongoing WMS. With these two systems together, you can be sure that your warehouse will always work effectively with returns!

Returns workflow
- The customer initiates a return via Returnflows' returns portal and receives a label as well as return instructions.
- The customer can request either a refund or an exchange for a different item.
- The return is created in the return order list in Ongoing WMS, so the warehouse can plan accordingly.
- When the return goods arrive at the warehouse, it is scanned onto a warehouse location in Ongoing WMS and directly sellable in sales channels.
- Returnflows can then refund the customer or create a new order for an exchange.
