Integration between Ongoing WMS and Sendify

Make transport bookings directly from Ongoing WMS

You can create a shipment in Sendify based on an order in Ongoing WMS. All information about the shipment (number of packages, weight, measures) can be entered into Ongoing WMS, and then transferred to Sendify at the click of a button. The integration supports return shipments as well.

Automatic booking and label printing

The integration can optionally rate, book and fetch the label in one step (book-and-print). When this is enabled, Ongoing WMS automatically requests rates from Sendify, selects the cheapest bookable rate, books the shipment and retrieves the transport label, all when the Send button is pressed in Ongoing.

When book-and-print is disabled (the default), only a draft shipment is created in Sendify. You then go into Sendify to confirm the shipment and print labels.

Make shipment information visible in Ongoing WMS

When the shipment has been created, Ongoing WMS receives a response from Sendify which contains tracking information for the shipment, including a tracking link.

When book-and-print is used, Ongoing WMS can also save the price of the shipment in the freight price field, which enables you to fetch it through the API or (if you are a 3PL) use it to bill your customers using Ongoing WMS 3PL invoicing.

Printing

When book-and-print is used, the labels are saved to Ongoing WMS and printouts can be triggered from Ongoing WMS. Using Ongoing Printer Service. you can print the labels automatically on demand.
