Make shipments directly from Ongoing WMS
You can create a shipment in Smart Send based on an order in Ongoing WMS. All information about the shipment can be entered into Ongoing WMS, and then transferred to Smart Send at the click of a button.
Make shipment information visible in Ongoing
When the shipment in Smart Send has been booked, Ongoing WMS will receive a response from Smart Send containing tracking numbers and shipping labels. Shipping labels can be set up to either be printed automatically via the Ongoing Printer Service (recommended) or be saved as a PDF file on the order in Ongoing WMS.
Track shipments in Ongoing WMS
With Smart Send, you can directly track shipments from Ongoing WMS.
Increase traceability
You can always trace back to previously made shipping labels to correct, prevent and learn from mistakes.
Automatic transfer of customs information
Ongoing WMS automatically transfers all customs information electronically in the form of CN22 to Smart Send.
