Integration between Stockfiller and Ongoing WMS

Stockfiller is the independent purchasing platform where the food industry meets. A digital trading place where grocery stores and restaurants meet and order goods from hundreds of external suppliers at the same time. Stockfiller increases sales and saves time for both buyers and sellers and can be used in your phone, tablet or computer with connected suppliers and stores throughout Sweden.

The integration between Stockfiller and Ongoing WMS enables you to optimize your own warehouse processes by seamlessly connecting the two systems.

Getting started

Reach out to Stockfiller to get started with the integration. The setup is then done together with Ongoing.

Integration workflow

• Order and Product Sync: new orders are automatically fetched from Stockfiller and sent to Ongoing WMS. Article registry must exist in Ongoing WMS.
• Warehouse Management: all physical warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and stock-taking are performed in Ongoing WMS.
• Data Master: Ongoing WMS acts as the master of inventory, continuously reporting accurate stock levels back to Stockfiller.
• Status Updates: once orders are shipped in Ongoing WMS, the updated order status including picked quantity are automatically sent back to Stockfiller, keeping both systems synchronized.
