Integration between Ongoing WMS and Tracezilla

Tracezilla is a cloud-based ERP system designed and developed specially to manage food companies.

Tracezilla can do batch and lot tracking and FIFO inventory management, and it ensures traceability from purchase through manufacturing to sales and invoicing.

The integration exchanges information directly between tracezilla and ongoing WMS including information about which lots to pick or which lots have been picked by the 3PL partner.
This makes it much easier to use a 3PL partner as a food company. You get rid of the email flows with your 3PL partner about which lots have been picked or which lots must be picked. This eliminates a source to errors and task of the registration.

Features

Automatic sync

SKUs/Products are synced automatically from tracezilla to Ongoing WMS every 15 minutes.

Delivery methods / transport contracts are automatically synced from Ongoing WMS to tracezilla.

Information about expiry dates, batch numbers, amounts etc. related to the individual lot will automatically be synced from tracezilla to Ongoing WMS.

Information about which lots have been picked as well as order status will be synced from Ongoing WMS to tracezilla.

Flow

Inbound orders

Inbound orders (purchase orders, production orders, warehouse orders, return orders) will automatically be sent to Ongoing WMS.

When the 3PL partner has received the order, it will automatically get information from tracezilla about the correct batch numbers, amounts and expiry dates on the specific lots.

Outbound orders

Outbound orders (Sales orders, production orders, warehouse orders) will automatically be sent to Ongoing WMS.

When the 3PL partner has picked the goods for the order, the selected lots will automatically be added to the relevant order in tracezilla. The order status will automatically be updated in tracezilla.

Outbound orders from other systems integrating to WMS, e.g. web shops

You can setup the integration between tracezilla and Ongoing WMS so that tracezilla receives orders received from other systems integrating to Ongoing WMS (e.g. a web shop or similar). In this way, your inventory in tracezilla will always be updated and correct.

Preparations

To configure the integration between tracezilla and Ongoing WMS, you just enter your Ongoing username and password in the tracezilla integration settings interface. Contact tracezilla to get started.
