Order transfer to Ongoing WMS
As soon as an order is created in T5, an event-driven automation job is triggered to transfer the order to Ongoing WMS. This integration transforms the order in T5 into a customer order in Ongoing WMS and generates a separate purchase order for each order line. This ensures that each individual item and its associated details are accurately represented in Ongoing WMS.

Warehouse management in Ongoing WMS
When items in the purchase order are marked as received in Ongoing WMS, a webhook is triggered to send information back to T5. This updates the status of each order line, indicating that the goods have arrived at the warehouse.

Order status update in T5
When the status of all order lines is marked as "received," the overall order status in T5 is set to "Complete." An update is then sent to notify that the order has arrived at the warehouse and is ready for further processing.

Status feedback and synchronization
Throughout the entire process, T5 and Ongoing WMS maintain continuous communication and synchronization to ensure that all systems have up-to-date and accurate information.
