Integration between Ongoing WMS and Visma e-conomic
Introduction
Visma e-conomic is one of Denmark's most popular accounting systems. Ongoing Warehouse has developed an integration between e-conomic and its WMS. By utilizing the integration, you can outsource your logistics handling to a 3PL or fulfillment provider without adding tedious order inputting. Contact us to learn more.

Getting started
To set up this integration Ongoing WMS will need a token to the e-conomic API. This token is generated by using the following link which is connected to our app in e-conomic.

Scheduled functions
Some functions in the integration run on a schedule. Products, suppliers and orders are synced automatically from e-conomic to Ongoing WMS.Article
Products are read automatically from e-conomic to Ongoing WMS. If a change is made in e-conomic, it will be reflected automatically in Ongoing WMS.
Note: It is not possible to perform sync the stock to e-conomic, nor is it possible to sync inventory changes.

By default, all products that have been updated in e-conomic will be synced to Ongoing WMS.
Supplier
Suppliers/Creditors are read automatically from e-conomic to Ongoing WMS. If a change is made in e-conomic, it will be reflected automatically in Ongoing WMS.

Outbound deliveries
