The standard API connection from Ongoing WMS to EazyStock supports the following transfer of data:
- Item information - Such as item code, description, unit cost, stock balance etc.
- Supplier information - Such as supplier code, lead time, min/mult purchase qtys’s. NOTE: Should you not have this in Ongoing this data may be supplied manually through and excel upload.
- Purchase order information – such as order number/orderline number, purchase qty’s, due date.
- Sales order information – such as order number/orderline number, sales qty’s, due date.

To activate the integration from Ongoing and to start using EazyStock is simple:
- To calculate forecasts, optimized inventory parameters and order proposal EazyStock needs item, supplier, purchase orders and sales information. This information can be sent through the standard build API connection from ongoing to EazyStock assuming the information is available in Ongoing.
