Getting Started
- Visit Float and book a quick intro to see if they are the right fit for you.
- Float will set up the integration with Ongoing WMS. They will require API access to your Ongoing WMS, instructions how to activate access to Ongoing API can be found here.
- Float will do a quick systems test.
- Go live!
Returns workflow
- The customer initiates a return via Float's returns portal and receives a label and return instructions.
- The customer can request either a refund, an exchange for a different item, or a store credit refund.
- The return is created in Ongoing WMS, so the warehouse has the information ready before the return arrives.
- When the return arrives at the warehouse, it is simply scanned and accepted or rejected in Ongoing WMS.
- Float then automatically refunds the customer or, alternatively, creates a new order for an exchange.
Everything is fully automated.
