Ongoing WMS Merit Aktiva 3PL invoicing integration

The invoicing integration is intended to be used by warehouse operators who wish to automate the invoicing process between Ongoing WMS' invoicing module and Merit Aktiva. Read more about Ongoing WMS 3PL invoicing. The integration can be used to send invoices from Ongoing WMS to Merit Aktiva.

Getting started

To set up this integration Ongoing WMS will need an API Id and API key to the Merit Aktiva API. This can be generated in Merit Aktiva by navigating to Settings ⇒ API settings and then clicking the Create button.

Navigate to the page "Integrations" in Ongoing WMS.
Click "New integration".
Choose "Merit Aktiva 3PL invoice specification export" in the list of available integrations.
Type in your API Id and API key in the respective fields to set up the integration.
Configure any additional settings as needed and click "Save" to complete the setup.

Setup

To be able to export invoices from Ongoing WMS to Merit Aktiva there are a few things that must be setup correctly first.

Edit the goods owner (How to edit goods owner). First check the box Show all fields. Then the field Customer Code will be visible under the section Other. This field must be filled with the customer name that the goods owner has in Merit Aktiva.
In Ongoing WMS, every price list entry in the invoicing module must have an article number. This article number must correspond to an article code that already exists in Merit Aktiva.
The invoice in Ongoing WMS must have an invoice number. This invoice number will be exported and used as the invoice number in Merit Aktiva.

Note: Once an invoice has been exported to Merit Aktiva, it cannot be updated by exporting it again. Make sure all information is correct before exporting.
