Integration between Ongoing WMS and Returbo

Getting started
- Create an API user for Returbo in your instance of Ongoing WMS. Instructions on how to activate access to Ongoing API can be found here.
- Create two webhooks, Picking, packing and returns - Article is returned and Order - Order status is changed in Ongoing WMS to enable communication between the systems.
- Configure the Returbo integration by adding the necessary credentials and settings in Returbo.
- You are done. Returns will now flow seamlessly between Returbo and Ongoing WMS.

The return workflow in Ongoing WMS
- A new return request in Returbo creates a return order in Ongoing WMS.
- The integration allows warehouse staff to process returns in Ongoing WMS using their standard workflows.
- Returbo sends return information and tracking details to Ongoing WMS.
- Ongoing WMS sends return handling, inspection status, and comments back to Returbo.
- Returbo can automatically trigger the correct outcome, such as refund, exchange, or store credit (optional). Merchants can choose between automated repayments or manual handling based on warehouse inspection, including internal notes from the warehouse team.
