Integration between Ongoing WMS and Droppa

Droppa provides merchants and 3PLs with an automated return process from registration to refund. By utlizing Ongoing together with Droppa you will save hours of manual work, become more efficient and enjoy a fully streamlined return process.

With Droppas system up and running the merchant will have a return portal on your site. Through the portal customers will self-service registrer returns, select reason fore returning, choose shipment options and receive their label.

Get Started

  1. Email hello@droppa.com information about GoodsOwnerId and GoodsOwnerCode
  2. Invite hello@droppa.com as an API user. Instructions on how to activate access to Ongoing API can be found here.
  3. Team Droppa will setup the integration
  4. We will do production test together
  5. All done!

Integration workflow

  1. Customers register a return in Droppa’s return portal.
  2. Information about the return is automatically sent to Ongoing WMS and a return order is created in Ongoing. So the warehouse gets the details before the returned goods arrive.
  3. All inbound return orders from Droppa will be found in Order ⇒ Return order list.
  4. When the warehouse receive the goods you just have to scan the goods and accept or reject the condition of the goods.
  5. Once accepted from the warehouse Droppa will automatically refund the customer
